Dave S. Perry
Owner/Mortgage Planner

Dave has lived and worked in the Treasure Valley since 2003. He has been married to his beautiful wife Heidi for seven years, and they are the proud parents of their baby girl Reese. Dave enjoys working with individuals to help them meet their needs, and feels that he is successful when his clients become his friends. When not at the office, Dave can most likely be found at the nearest river with a fly rod in his hand or chasing elk with a bow & arrow.

Jason F. Oswald
Owner/Mortgage Planner

Jason is a husband and father first and foremost. He has three rowdy boys: Brody, Tyson, and Gage and one sweet girl, Brinley. Jason has been involved with real estate for over 15 years. His first exposure to real estate came in 1994 when he managed rental units for his family. Jason is an investor with both commercial and residential properties, is a state certified residential appraiser, and a licensed loan officer. Jason is a habitual optimist and believes there is a solution to almost any problem. He enjoys meeting new people and finding out how to help out their situation. When not in the office you can usually find Jason out on the boat or stomping around the woods with his boys.

Lacie Nelson
Transaction Coordinator

Lacie was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Tyler, for five years and they are proud parents of two children. Lacie grew up in a family owned business and knows that it’s your customer that makes your business. As a seasoned Transaction Coordinator, she takes pride in her work and is very detailed oriented. When Lacie’s not at work, you can find her in the mountains enjoying camping, fishing, horseback riding, and riding around on the four-wheelers.

Nick Gorden

Nick got his start in the lending industry while investing with and working for a private lending organization. Not only can he help you get a home loan, but his thorough understanding of risk, underwriting and debt make him a valuable resource for individuals and families seeking financial counsel and direction. He enjoys working with others and providing top tier service in a constantly changing industry. Nick is married to a local Idaho girl and has three wonderful children; Greg, Scott and Lucy. Nick enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and camping with his family in the beautiful areas surrounding Boise. He enjoys reading, business, working out and spending time with close friends and family.

He is married to his beautiful wife Angie and they have 4 wonderful children McCall, Brock, Ashton, and Walker. He loves to spend time with his family, play sports, and watch college football and basketball.
