Dave has lived and worked in the Treasure Valley since 2003. He has been married to his beautiful wife Heidi for seven years, and they are the proud parents of their baby girl Reese. Dave enjoys working with individuals to help them meet their needs, and feels that he is successful when his clients become his friends. When not at the office, Dave can most likely be found at the nearest river with a fly rod in his hand or chasing elk with a bow & arrow.

Jason is a husband and father first and foremost. He has three rowdy boys: Brody, Tyson, and Gage and one sweet girl, Brinley. Jason has been involved with real estate for over 15 years. His first exposure to real estate came in 1994 when he managed rental units for his family. Jason is an investor with both commercial and residential properties, is a state certified residential appraiser, and a licensed loan officer. Jason is a habitual optimist and believes there is a solution to almost any problem. He enjoys meeting new people and finding out how to help out their situation. When not in the office you can usually find Jason out on the boat or stomping around the woods with his boys.

Lacie Nelson

Lacie was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Tyler, for five years and they are proud parents of two children. Lacie grew up in a family owned business and knows that it’s your customer that makes your business. As a seasoned Transaction Coordinator, she takes pride in her work and is very detailed oriented. When Lacie’s not at work, you can find her in the mountains enjoying camping, fishing, horseback riding, and riding around on the four-wheelers.

Nick enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and camping with his family in the beautiful areas surrounding Boise. He enjoys reading, business, working out and spending time with close friends and family.

He has been married to his wonderful wife, Sharli, for over 17 years and they have 5 active kids ranging from 16 to 1 year. Doug enjoys getting out and meeting new people, building new relationships and exceeding client's expectations. When not assisting clients with their mortgage needs, he can be found running in the foothills with his older kids or pulling his two little boys around in the bike trailer.

Derek has been actively involved with real estate for several years. From 2005 until 2010 he was a licensed Realtor and was involved in a wide array of real estate experiences, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and recreational real estate as well as all facets of property management. He also has an extensive background in the construction industry. Derek is a people person; he creates friendships with everyone he comes in contact with. He works hard, and always has the goal of putting the customer first. He has been married to his beautiful wife Cody for five years. They have two rambunctious yet lovable little boys, Kannon and Karter. Derek is an outdoor fanatic. He loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Ryan has been married to his wife Angie for 10 years and they have 3 children; Noah, Cole and Emery. Ryan enjoys sports and the outdoors, and in his free time, can usually be found out riding his dirt-bike or on a local golf course.

Angela was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She has been married to Frank for 21yrs and they have one son, Matthew. Angela has been in the Title and Escrow business for 8yrs and with a Construction company for 3yrs with a local builder. When Angela is not working you can find her camping, fishing, hanging with family and friends and of course shopping. She and her husband enjoying riding on their Arctic Cat side by side and have seen some beautiful county. They are long time season ticket holders for BSU Football and enjoy watching them play.
