• “My husband and I were starting the process of refinancing our home in mid December. We had already contacted our mortgage company and were locked into a new interest rate, the only thing we needed to do was return some paperwork to get the ball rolling. One evening Jason came to the door, introduced himself and asked if we were interested in refinancing. I told him we were but that we had already started the process with our current lender. I told him I was comfortable with the new rate our lender had locked us in to. Jason asked for just 5 minutes of my time.
