• Dave S. Perry

  Branch Manager/Certified Mortgage Planner

  Dave has been a top producer in the mortgage industry since he began his career in 2003.  In 2007 he co-founded Legacy Lending Group in order to better meet the specific needs of his clients as well as bring transparency to a process that is so often less than “up-front”.  He enjoys his role as a manager at LLG, but is fulfilled most when he’s able to educate homeowner’s on their mortgage options to help them meet their financial goals. 

  Prior to moving to Boise, ID, Dave was raised in Salt Lake City, UT.  His education was completed at Utah State University where he studied Finance & Economics.  When not working at LLG you will most likely find Dave spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters, or fly fishing at the nearest river.    

  

• Ryan Johnson

  Ryan has an extensive background in the investment and financial planning industry and has spent much of the last 16 years with one of the largest investment companies in the country. Over the last few years, Ryan has brought this experience to the mortgage industry and this experience gives him a unique perspective on how the right loan products can make a positive difference in a family’s financial well being. Ryan has been married to his wife Angie for 10 years and they have 3 children; Noah, Cole and Emery. Ryan enjoys sports and the outdoors, and in his free time, can usually be found out riding his dirt-bike or on a local golf course.

  

• Derek Oswald

  Derek has been actively involved with real estate for several years. From 2005 until 2010 he was a licensed Realtor and was involved in a wide array of real estate experiences, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and recreational real estate as well as all facets of property management. He also has an extensive background in the construction industry. Derek is a people person; he creates friendships with everyone he comes in contact with. He works hard, and always has the goal of putting the customer first. He has been married to his beautiful wife Cody for six years. They have two rambunctious yet lovable little boys, Kannon and Karter. This past year they also added precious little Harper to the family. Derek is an outdoor fanatic. He loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

  

• Jason F. Oswald

  Jason is a husband and father first and foremost. He has three rowdy boys: Brody, Tyson, and Gage and one sweet girl, Brinley. Jason has been involved with real estate for over 15 years. His first exposure to real estate came in 1994 when he managed rental units for his family. Jason is an investor with both commercial and residential properties, is a state certified residential appraiser, and a licensed loan officer. Jason is a habitual optimist and believes there is a solution to almost any problem. He enjoys meeting new people and finding out how to help their situation. When not in the office you can usually find Jason out on the boat or stomping around the woods with his boys.

  

• Nick Gorden

  Nick got his start in the lending industry while investing with and working for a private lending organization. Not only can he help you get a home loan, but his thorough understanding of risk, underwriting and debt make him a valuable resource for individuals and families seeking financial counsel and direction. He enjoys working with others and providing top tier service in a constantly changing industry. Nick is married to a local Idaho girl and has three wonderful children; Greg, Scott and Lucy. Nick enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and camping with his family in the beautiful areas surrounding Boise. He enjoys reading, business, working out and spending time with close friends and family.

  David Peterson has been in the mortgage business for the past 14 years. He enjoys working with people and prides himself on service and integrity. He is married to his beautiful wife Angie and they have 4 wonderful children McCall, Brock, Ashton, and Walker. He loves to spend time with his family, play sports, and watch college football and basketball.

  

• Sheila Debban
  Transaction Coordinator

  Sheila has lived in Idaho all her life.  Sheila has worked in the title industry and has well as over 12 years as a Transaction Coordinator in the Valley. She has been involved in volunteer work with 4-H and sporting venues as her kids grew up in Nampa. Sheila is a Member of the Elks 1389 in Nampa and is a member of the Canyon County 4 Wheeler club. She and her husband Chris are PROUD parents of three great boys, Alex who is serving his country in the Navy since 2003 and then Tyler who is also serving his country in the Air Force since 2007 and then their youngest who is at Boise State University. She enjoys talking about her kids and taking her dogs out running. She also loves riding 4-wheelers, riding her mountain bike and trail running.

  

• Lacie Nelson
  Operations Manager

  Lacie was born and raised in the Boise area.  She grew up in a family owned business and knows that customer satisfaction must be the top priority for every successful business.  She has been married to her husband Tyler for eight years and they are proud parents of two children, Gracie and Wyatt. Lacie has been in the mortgage industry for eight years and has been running our processing division for the last three years.  When Lacie’s not at work, you can find her in the mountains enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her family.

  

• Sandi Johnson
  Processing Assistant

  Sandi joined Legacy Lending Group in the fall of 2011.  She enjoys working as a member of the Processing Team.  She is originally from the Seattle area, but has lived in the Treasure Valley since June of 1997.  Sandi is a mother of two busy and active teenagers.  Together they try to get out as much as they can to enjoy all of the great outdoor adventures that that Idaho has to offer.

  

• Christopher Smith

  Christopher Smith started in the Financial Services industry in Newport Beach California in 2006 working as a Financial Planner and in Personal Risk Management. He has since transitioned into the lending industry and lives in Boise with his family. Christopher is an expert in helping families find solutions to their lending needs and is known for spending considerable time with individuals making sure they are comfortable with their lending choices and are educated thoroughly. Christopher and his wife Colleen, have two beautiful daughters; Noel and Lily Rae. Christopher and Colleen love to exercise and to spend time outdoors as well as with their children.

  

• Scott Peterson

  Scott is has been married for 42 years to Penny Peterson and they have 5 children and 14 grandchildren. He loves gardening, golf, and sports of all kind in addition to spending time with family. He has owned and sold two businesses and is a very hard worker from the “old school”. He loves people and is very positive and happy. He especially enjoys helping people save money on their mortgages.

  

• Eli Pena

  Eli has spent the last 7 years working for the State of Idaho in the Health & Welfare department where he enjoyed being able to work with and help those in the elderly and disabled programs. He has always been a hard worker and is excited to be in the mortgage business where he can help others realize their dream of home ownership. He grew up in Southeast Idaho where he met his wife, Nicole. They have been married for 10 years and have four crazy kids. Two busy boys, Tyler and Zach and two sweet little girls, Alexis and Gracie. Eli enjoys spending time outdoors, snow-machining, fishing, watching his boys play ball and going on road trips as a family.

  

• Vince Meyer

  Vince got started in the financial services industry back in 2005 as a financial planner for World Financial Group. Staying out of debt, getting the right investments and saving as much money as possible for the future are of upmost importance to him, and he passionately tries to help others do the same. He was born and raised in Parker, Colorado and currently resides in Orem, Utah where he is wrapping up his degree in Political Science from Utah Valley University. Vince is married to his dream girl and best friend and they have a brand new baby girl. Vince loves politics, baseball, basketball, hanging out with his family and tries to golf as much as he can when not at work.

  

• Keri Sigman

  Keri was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho. She grew up in a very family oriented home surrounded by loving parents, an identical twin sister and an older brother. Keri is brand new to our company and to the mortgage industry but strives to learn and understands the importance of customer service as her background is in the financial industry.  Keri is a very proud mother to her son Ryker!  When Keri’s not at work, you can find her at the local race track, baseball and softball fields, camping, fishing, boating and always spending time with family and friends!

  

• Natalie Wyatt

  Natalie and her husband Greg recently moved from Orange County California to Boise, Idaho. Natalie and Greg were married in New Meadows, ID in December of 2000 and they have a Catahoula Leopard dog named Delilah. Natalie has been in the mortgage industry for almost 10 years.  When Natalie is not in the office, you will find her exploring the great outdoors.

   

  

• Brianna Dunn

  Receptionist

  Brianna joined the Legacy Lending Group team in Spring of 2012. Although she is new to the mortgage industry she enjoys the day to day business of the industry. When not at work Brianna is busy keeping up with her loving and active son, Isaiah. They both thoroughly enjoy the great outdoors, which Idaho has an abundance of. Fishing can be found at the top of their list followed by camping, hiking and target practice. Brianna also enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and serving in the local community.

   

   

• Heather Rowe

  Heather was born and raised in Eagle, Idaho.  She grew up in a family owned business and understands the importance of superior customer service.  She has been married to her husband Johnny for twelve years and they are proud parents of four children & one grandchild. Heather joined our team in May of 2012, although she is new to the mortgage industry; she has been in the customer service industry for seventeen years. Outside of work, you will find Heather spending time with her friends and family enjoying the mountains, snowboarding, boating, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking, cabining, painting and crafting.

  I am originally from Boise, ID and studied Communications and Business and Boise St. University. I have over 10 years of experience in lending and real estate investing. With that experience comes an understanding of the market. I have personal experience with the cycle of real estate values and interest rates in the Treasure Valley.  My goal is to build a personal relationship with my customers by offering this experience to serve them. I enjoy the opportunity to help others by saving them money and helping them invest in their futures. I have always enjoyed working with the people in my community and building long lasting friendships. The reason I chose to be a part of the team at legacy Lending is because I know the owners are honest and ethical leaders who share the same core values as I do.   Dave has spent the last 3 years in lending with a financial institution
  and has recently joined the team at Legacy Lending Group.  He is
  licensed in both Idaho and Utah.  After graduating from Boise State University, he spent 8 years in
  telecom.  Dave enjoys working with people and provides professionalism,
  consistency and service to the clients he assists.

  Dave has a wonderful wife and 7 great kids.  He enjoys most sports,
  music and travel.  He has lived in 5 other states but has spent half his
  life in Boise and considers this home.

  

• Dan Mauss

  Dan has spent most of his career in the financial services arena.  The last 20 years have been committed to the mortgage industry as an owner of his own company and he now is excited to be a part of the Legacy Lending Group family.  He takes pride in finding a solution to every mortgage challenge, and is only happy when his clients are happy.  He has been married to his wife Maryanne for 38 years, they have four grown kids and a dozen grand kids.  When not at work find him on the golf course or on a warm beach somewhere.
